  • OFFICE HOURS: 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Dial 100 for assistance.
  • NIGHT CLERK: Available after 8:00 p.m. Dial 100 from your room or office phone. Please do not call after midnight for non-emergencies. ** Please DO call the night clerk at any time for noise, rowdy neighbors or any disturbances.**
  • ROOM PHONE: Free local and toll free calls. Dial 9 + number.
  • PARKING is available in our lot in front of the Lodge. If the lot fills up, it is ok to park on the street overnight after 4 p.m. until 10 a.m. Monday-Friday. There are no street parking restrictions on Saturdays and Sundays. Residential street parking permits are available for extended hours for a $3.00 fee. Leave your car behind and walk to town. Aspen is a very pedestrian friendly town and best enjoyed on foot.
  • HOUSEKEEPING is between 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. If you place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your doorknob your room WILL NOT be cleaned or replenished. Coffee and towels are available by contacting the front desk before 7:00 p.m. There is no maid service after 12:00 p.m
  • SANITIZING keys, doorknobs, switches, and all other high touch points are included in routine housekeeping services.
  • FLOORS: LOW FLOOR rooms are seven steps down from ground level. MID FLOOR rooms are seven steps above ground level. TOP FLOOR rooms, twenty-one steps. There is no elevator.
  • NO AIR CONDITIONING We do not have air conditioning. We prefer the cool mountain air.
  • INTERNET is free. The WIFI password is on the bottom of your check in receipt, and on a tent card placed in the room. Connect to Tyrolean Lodge network, and enter password.
  • NO PETS: Sorry, NO PETS, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS or COMFORT ANIMALS are allowed on the property or in parked vehicles in our lot. A $150 fee will be charged for any animal that is not a service animal. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.
  • COFFEE makers and organic coffee are located inside your upper kitchen cabinets. We also have coffee available 24 hours a day located in the office.
  • RECYCLING bin is located at the end of the hall outside by the alley. You may also place garbage in the adjacent dumpster.
  • DRINK VENDING MACHINE located outside by the lawn and parking lot.
  • ICE can be found in the mini-fridge freezer in the kitchenette. Sorry there is no ice machine. Ice can be purchased at Carl’s Pharmacy three blocks east on Main St.
  • HEAT: Thermostat located on wall. 70 degrees is appropriate. Rooms heat slowly. Setting heat to 80 will only make the room too hot later and will not make it heat faster.
  • SKI STORAGE: Please put ski gear in your closet inside your room’s front door. Please no waxing or scraping in your room. That can be done in the alley outside.
  • QUIET HOURS: We ask all guests to respect 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. as quiet hours. Please call the night clerk right away if other guests are disturbing the peace.
  • WE HAVE RAGS. Please don’t use our towels for mud or make-up removal. Rags are available at front desk for your use.
  • GO TO POLICIES
