| DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS / CONSIDERATIONS: |
- Rates are for 1 or 2 people plus $15.00 per night for each additional person over 12 years of age. (Maximum 5 people per room)
- Room Tax of 11% not included in rate.
- Booking.com and Priceline reservations must pay full amount and are non-refundable.
- $500 winter or $400 summer deposit per week or full payment, whichever is less, to confirm a reservation.
- Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $50 (per week) process fee.
- Cancellations less then 30 days before arrival may loose deposit unless room can be re-rented (Based on full occupancy).
- If the Lodge is full the guests will then be refunded for the days canceled minus a $50 (per week) cancellation fee.
- Guest are responsible for the full length of their reservation. (Regardless of reason)
- Holiday period December 20 – January 3
5 night minimum and deposit is nonrefundable.
Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival or at time of booking.
- Winter Season, Special Events, or Holidays may have a 3 to 5 night minimum.
- We uphold a strict cancellation policy, because we are a very small lodge and cancellations affect us significantly.
- In an effort to keep our lodge clean and comfortable for everyone, all rooms are Non-Smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged when smoking inside occurs.
- Sorry, NO PETS are allowed.
- No discounts as our rates are always as low as they can be all the time.
- Accepting Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

 The Tyrolean Lodge is located on Main Street, within walking distance of downtown shops, restaurants, bars, Aspen Mountain and the Music Festival. Comfortable large studios for 1-5 persons have fully equipped kitchenettes, tiled tub and shower, room phone with voice mail and free local and 800 calls, cable T.V. and daily maid service. Rooms feature two queen size beds and one twin bed. The top floor rooms are larger with high ceilings. Free shuttle service to music festival and all ski areas including Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, Highlands and Snowmass stops in front of the lodge.
